Our capabilities
Nano Systems International is currently capable of producing pure nano silver powders with a very narrow particle size distribution, uniform dispersion, virtually no agglomeration or impurities and we can customize the material for specific applications. First NSI recognizes that all nanotechnology will depend upon materials that are structured at the nanoscale. Developing a significant lead as a nano silver supplier, it positions NSI to have a distinct advantage as related to more slowly developing nanotechnologies that emerge. Second, we have a manufacturing process to produce nano silver that can be implemented immediately. Furthermore, we have chosen nano silver because it allows us to help create high volume specialty products that can sustain high margins.

Nanoparticles are being used in a number of industries and Nano Systems manufactures and distributes Nano silver powder that can be used for a variety of products.
Nanoscale materials are used in electronic, magnetic and optoelectronic, biomedical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, energy, catalytic and materials applications. Areas producing the greatest revenue for nanoparticles reportedly are chemical-mechanical polishing, magnetic recording tapes, sunscreens, automotive catalyst supports, Biolabeling, electro conductive coatings and optical fibers.
Nanomaterials, which can be purchased in dry powder form or in liquid dispersions, often are combined with other materials today to improve product functionality.
WELDING SOLUTIONS INTERNATIONAL
WELDGUN AND WELDGUN CONSUMABLES
The production of metallic spatter during the welding process results in huge productivity losses. Numerous attempts have been made to reduce the build-up of spatter; however none have proved to be efficient. The self-cleaning WeldGun is designed for self-cleaning of spatter in the nozzle while the robot is in motion. It is not required that the robot move to a dedicated area for cleaning.
When cleaning is required, the robot pulses an output, activating a pneumatic valve for a preset time allowing a high-pressure mixture of “Air/Oil” to enter into an inlet and be exhaust from the “Air/Oil” port within the nozzle. This coats the inside wall of the nozzle and also expels loose spatter. Once the “Air/Oil” valve is deactivated, another valve is activated for a preset time and which allows high-pressure air to flow down the gas inlet and exhaust out of the gas port within the nozzle. This blows off excess oil, expels loose spatter and prevents oily debris from clogging up the gas ports.
At the conclusion of the cleaning cycle, the self-cleaning gun will send an input to the robot to confirm that it is ready to weld.
Keeping a coating of oil and maintaining a smooth finish on the inner wall surface of the nozzle, will allow loose spatter to be easily ejected with the high-pressure air/oil, air spray. If this process is repeated often enough and the nozzle is not scraped, the inner wall of the nozzle will not be scoured. The spatter will never have a chance to build up and the nozzle will remain clean. The Self-cleaning WeldGun product is patented.
TORCHMATE
The TorchMate is a gauge and guide system for hand flame cutting. Use of the TorchMate will produce consistent and accurate copping of flanges producing clean connections, minimizing grinding and cleanup times. The TorchMate is for both shop and field use.

LAYOUTMATE™
The LayoutMate is a multi-functional layout tool of hole Centers and datum lines for all types of structural steel shapes, for both shop or field use. The LayoutMate effectively becomes a third hand, while providing accurate and repeatable layout and transfer of hole Centers. The LayoutMate will reduce layout and checking times significantly and may be used for both left and right hand operation.

RADCARD™ AND RADCARD READER™

This technology relates to a radiation dosimeter card (RadCard™) and associated devices, including a dosimeter card reader (RadCard Reader™), for carrying out the method. In particular, the technology relates to a method and associated apparatus for quantitatively determining, in a convenient and timely manner, to a person exposed to a dose of radiation.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The RadCard™ is a self-indicating radiation sensitive dosimeter card that is used in the dosimetry method. The RadCard™ contains a radiation sensitive strips that is compared with the information stored in the RadCard™ Reader that allows for quantitatively measures the radiation doses.
In facilities where radioactive materials are used, such as nuclear power plants, scientific laboratories, hospitals where cancer patients receive radiation treatments, on radiation dangerous battlefields, or in case of a dirty bomb explosion where first responders are exposed to levels of radiation, various methods are used to quantitatively determine the radiation dose. The methods practiced include the use of thermo luminescent dosimeter (TLD's) ionization-type radiation detectors, photographic film, and radiochromic materials. TLD's are inconvenient because they require a complicated and time-consuming read-out process. Ionization-type radiation detectors are awkward and unwieldy and require a complicated set-up. Photographic film requires a time-consuming chemical processing procedure before read-out.

SKIN GUARD™
SkinGuard™ monitors exposure to the sun's UV “B” rays, the type of UV that causes sunburn and is most linked to skin cancer. SkinGuard™ will tell you when you're getting too much sun, and if you are at risk of sunburn.
When the sensor begins to change colour it will indicate the actual damage being done to your skin. The darker the spot gets the more damage is being done.
You may even cover the spot on the SkinGuard™ with the actual sunscreen you are using to give you a truer picture of the damage occurring. This is your cue to take additional protective action such as: apply more sunscreen, add clothing or seek shade.
THE CREAM™
The Cream™ Pain Relief cream contains many of the ingredients that cartilage utilizes to maintain elasticity and constricting strength. The soothing cream is quickly absorbed into the skin and can be used safely, as often as needed.
EMU OIL
The Oil™ is manufactured out of 100% natural, deep penetrating Emu oil. It aids in the relief of back pain and pain associated with arthritis. Emu oil has anti-inflammatory properties to help the user feel better all over. The healing properties of Emu oil are well documented with a history of use for the past 2,000 years.
